Pop Up Stands

Build a clear exhibition or event backdrop with a pop-up display stand from Print Qatar in Doha. Select the system around the available floor space, viewing distance, graphic coverage and transport requirements.

Planning a Pop-up Display

Confirm the venue allocation and measure the usable area before choosing a stand. Keep the main message and logo visible from a distance, with supporting details arranged at a readable height. Ask which display systems and finished sizes are currently available.

Pop-up Stand Artwork

Request the correct artwork template for the confirmed system. Use high-resolution images, include the specified bleed and keep critical content away from panel joins, edges and hardware. Review the full layout at the final dimensions before approval.

Ordering for an Exhibition

Send the venue date, space dimensions, required quantity and artwork status. Confirm the stand specification, graphic panels and collection or delivery arrangements before production.

Pop-up Stand FAQs

Which stand size should I choose?

Base the choice on the venue allocation and the systems currently offered. Send the available width and height for guidance.

Can the graphics be replaced later?

Replacement compatibility varies by stand system. Confirm this requirement before choosing the hardware.

Can a pop-up stand be used outdoors?

Do not assume it is suitable outdoors. Explain the location and conditions so an appropriate display option can be discussed.

Where can I get the artwork template?

Request the template for the exact stand selected before designing; dimensions can differ between systems.
