Welcome to Print. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Kindly read them carefully before placing any order.
1. About Us
Print is an online printing service provider based in Doha, Qatar, offering customised printing solutions including but not limited to printed cups, booklets, tissue boxes, marketing materials, packaging items, and other personalised products.
2. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including in case of incorrect pricing, artwork issues, or non-availability of stock.
- The customer is responsible for checking all order details (size, quantity, design, spelling, colour, etc.) before final submission.
3. Custom Design & Artwork Policy
- Customers must ensure that the artwork, logo, text, or image uploaded does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Print shall not be held responsible for any legal disputes arising from the content provided by the customer.
- Minor colour variation may occur due to screen resolution, printing process, or material type. Such variation shall not be considered a defect.
- Once the design is approved by the customer, no changes can be made.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are mentioned in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise specified.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
5. Production & Delivery
- Production time varies depending on product type and quantity.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Print shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order. Customers must ensure correct and complete address details.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- As most products are customised and made-to-order, cancellation is not allowed once the order goes into production.
- Refunds shall not be provided for customised products unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.
- Any complaint regarding damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs.
- If approved, refund or reprint will be processed at our discretion.
7. Returns
- Customised products are not eligible for return.
- In case of wrong product delivered by Print, we will arrange replacement after verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific order.
- Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or business interruption.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logo, and design format is the property of Print and shall not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Privacy
Customer information provided at the time of order will be used only for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except for delivery and payment processing purposes.
11. Force Majeure
Print shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
